Die 2023 umgebaute Wohnung bietet Platz für maximal 6 Personen.

Erste Ebene: voll ausgestatteter Küche (Kühlschrank, Backofen/Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler), Bodenheizung und Sitzbereich mit Holzkamin und Schlafsofa. obere Ebenen: helles Badezimmer und Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett(180x200). Privater Aussenbereich mit Wasserfläche und Feuerstelle. Die Waschküche kann mitbenutzt werden.

Auf Anfrage können wir euch ein Frühstück oder Abendessen zusätzlich zubereiten. Der Schartenhof liegt in einer kleinen Talsenke direkt unterhalb des Gempenturms.

Für zwei Personen bietet der Spycher eine ideale Unterkunft, um die Zweisamkeit zu geniessen. Besonders attraktiv sind auch der Balkon, von dem man eine gute Sicht über das gesamte Dorf hat,  und der kleine Garten mit Liegestühlen, Gartenstühlen, einem Tisch und grossen Schirm.
