This quiet but spacious loft is on the 3rd floor of our home. 2 mile's from downtown and the beach. It is serene and quaint with a new queen size bed, a love seat couch, small kitchen table, good size bathroom. It's perfect for a couple or two friends who are willing to share a bed who want to enjoy our fun town but prefer a good night sleep in peace. Off street parking available for one car. Your loft has a locked door that you enter a key code (given day before).

Perfect for a couple or single guest or family with a child. We are located in very quiet safe neighborhood...away from busy Newport crowd (10 min drive)..close to beaches ( 5 min drive to Newport Easton Beach-first beach and 10 min drive to Middletown Second beach)..

Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.
