L'Anse Martin is an obscure but beautiful beach in Blanchisseuse. It is approximately 15 minute walk from Almondbrook and concealed by bushes and a vacation home from the roadside which passes 40 ft above. The only indication is an equally obscure entrance to the pathway and steps that lead to the beach. But once you discover it, you will never want to leave. The beach is composed on light brown sand and is neatly shaded in areas by coconut trees. In low tide, rocky pools emerge on the eastern end of the beach where you can wade and discover crabs, sea urchins and other interesting creatures

Located immediately after La Fillette, Yarra Beach’s entrance is not easy to find but well worth the challenge. On the descent from the hill to enter the beach, a fabulous landscape greets you; the blue water rhythmically licks the long sandy beach and coconut trees dance in the wind like a cliche Caribbean paradise. Huge picturesque rocks sit squarely in the middle of the bay and break the waves before they hit the shore. Rocky cliffs line the western end, making the ideal setting for adventure.

The waterfall is 76 meters and is the second highest in the country. At the bottom of the falls there is a large pool for bathers, and an opportunity to have a refreshing shower under the falling water. The trail goes up on the right side of the valley, and along its path it crosses another waterfall known as Black Pool
