INSIDE THE HOUSE
Vacation with your in-laws, your neighbors or your best friends: this unique property has two living areas, both open and welcoming, with ample seating and flat-screen TVs for those relaxing après-ski (or après-swim, après-fishing, après-whatever) moments.
And with two bedrooms on each floor, groups can find both privacy and togetherness here.
The living room on the main floor features rich hardwood floors and a wood-burning stove with stone surround; gather for a toasty fire and hot chocolate.
The main floor also has a full kitchen, while the second floor features a wet bar. Both floors have their own dining areas, as well, each with table seating for six.
You'll find two bedrooms on each floor. The master bedroom is outfitted with a California king bed and wall-mounted TV. Three guest bedrooms each feature a comfy queen bed.
Between the patio with a propane grill and the spacious upper deck with lots of seating, there's room for the whole group to spend time in the sun (or under the stars).
THE LOCATION
Not to boast, but ours might just be the best location in South Tahoe. With a 5-minute walk to the beach, you might as well just walk down in your bathing suit and flip-flops.
Oh, and skiing? How about a 5-minute walk to Heavenly Village and 10 minutes to the Gondola? Rent your gear right there so you don't have to lug your skis!
Restaurants and entertainment are also within walking distance, including Heavenly Village Cinema, Base Camp Pizza, Raley's Grocery Store, and more.

THE FINE PRINT
In response to South Lake Tahoe City ordinances on short-term rentals, we are operating under STVR License #103218. As per the ordinance, this vacation rental cannot be used for any type of parties, including weddings and receptions. Maximum allowable City occupancy is 10 people and 4 cars; over occupancy will be subject to City citation/fine, up to $2,000. Please note that we have a strict NO PARTY policy; failure to comply will result in eviction.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking for 4 vehicles. Arrival and Parking
The address “841†is located on the side of the garage and is visible from the roadway.
Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the garage and 2 vehicles in the driveway. These are smaller garages and will not fit large SUVs or Trucks. Cars taller than 65 inches are not recommended. Small sedans fit the best. Please be prepared if you have a bigger vehicle.
