Unique 1200 sq. ft. space fully functional studio with Loft Space sleeping quarters. 15 min walk to Historic Downtown Whiskey Row. A lot of potential for dance groups, yoga classes, belly dance troupe, aerial dance/yoga, etc. Absolutely wonderful to live in as I did for 2 years, it was also my art studio. Upgraded turbo Wifi . Nice modern Fridgidaire refrigerator with ice maker.

Central Air and Heat but if you open windows it usually gets a beautiful cool cross breeze from the high green desert. Sprouts is a 10 minute walk and down town is 15 min.

Neighborhood is unique in that it is interspersed with merchants and businesses as well as residential so it's quite diverse. Also only 5 blocks from downtown, 15 minute walk.
Also right next door to world renowned award-winning 'Thumb Butte Distillery' that has live music every weekend until 9 or 10 latest.
