Artisanat has a unique and beautiful quality. A renovated 1850's outbuilding, part Forest stone, part Victorian red brick. A detached garden cottage situated in the small town of Cinderford at the heart of the Royal Forest of Dean, offering a perfect base to explore the area. Easily accommodates a couple, but there is also a sofa bed for friends or a small family. The decor is vintage relaxed and has some lovely quirky twists. Even showcasing two reclaimed church windows on the staircase.

An spás
The cottage is compact, but offers all you will need. Rear access steps will take you down into our private garden area, which you are very welcome to share.
Upon entering the cottage you will see an open plan kitchenette and dining space, leading to a sofa area for relaxing. The kitchenette has all the essentials you may need for preparing breakfast through to dinner. The dining space is a plenty big enough to socialise with companions, play the provided board games, or enjoy local beer and food. There are double patio doors which open out to the garden also. The well-presented bathroom hosts a walk-in shower, basin and soft close toilet. A wooden tread staircase takes you up to the double bedroom, a light, low pitched room with a skylight. We hope you will feel right at home in this little sanctuary.
Please do note that the cottage is in the hosts garden therefore in close proximity to their house. It is also in a built up housing area, which you will need to drive through to get to. The cottage is very well situated to be a lovely base for exploring the Forest of Dean, but you will need a car or bikes to get around.
