During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time farm history.
It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our cellar and garden where we'll pick some vegetables to use for the class.
Then we'll jump to the kitchen and put our hands in the dough or, using an Italian expression, "mettere le mani in pasta".
I'll explain and provide the ingredients needed, their proportions, the full process and methods included all the tricks and how to use all the necessary tolls.
Then we'll prepare the sauce using ingredients from our farm, in particular our organic vegetables.
After making the tagliatelle and ravioli , it will be time to make the typical Italian cake 'tiramisù' following the recipe of my great grandma.
We are now ready to enjoy a delicious dish of handmade tagliatelle accompanied with a nice glass of our organic wine and finally the amazing tiramisù.
This experience also includes a pice of our homemade limoncello.
All the food will be prepared and served with our own organic extra virgin olive oil.

My family has been running a farm on the Amalfi Coast for the last four generations: our main focus is offering excellent traditional food and wine produced from organic ingredients grown in our farm.

We'll visit our cellar and garden next to the main building of our farm where the fully equipped kitchen is located and where the class will take place. Than if the weather is good we will walk for a couple of minutes to watch an amazing panorama of all the Coast of Amalfi.

Unser Pasta/ Tiramisu Kurs mir Pasquale und Rosanna war wirklich perfekt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns mit einem guten Glas direkt an das Pasta machen gemacht. Nicht nur die einzelnen Schritte, sondern auch die einzelnen Zutaten wurden uns wirklich näher gebracht. Pasta und Tiramisu waren einfach traumhaft lecker. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und es war ein schöner Abend. Wir können diese Experience nur weiter empfehlen.

Extraordinaire….. Rosana et son mari ont été accueillants, intéressants., adorables….D’excellents conseils, des cuisiniers de grande qualité, patients avec des débutants. Nous avons dégusté des raviolis ricotta citron +++ et des tagliatelles avec une sauce tomate délicieuse… sans oublier le vin blanc, la grappa et le tiramisu tiède…une expérience extraordinaire, sincèrement…

Rosanna and her husband were lovely people. He was really exhaustive in explaining every single step of the cooking process - we had a great time. We would 100% recommend to take the course, there is also one for making mozzarella!! The pasta turned out great and the tiramisu was amazing !

This was an awesome experience! The food was fantastic and the process was easy to follow. All ingredients were super fresh and home grown. The location and house is beautiful. I will be back to try their other classes on my next trip down! Highly recommend to anyone who like to cook! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a wonderful time at Rosanna and Pasquale’s pasta class. Pasquale is especially engaging and they have a fantastic space for pasta making and eating…so delicious! They also have a wine cellar where they make their own organic wine. My only regret is that I didn’t get to experience this class in the summer as I’m sure that is when this place really shines. Would highly recommend!
