Rustic Farm HouseThis house is on 45 acres of property and was built by my father, Jack Yates. The main area is an open floor plan with two living room areas, a dining area and a kitchen. The house has a rustic feel with the walls being rough wood and wooden beams across the ceiling. There are also two bedrooms, a full bathroom and laundry/utility room. This house is the perfect place to get away or take a break. Just a short drive away from parks, trails and the Potomac river.
